  • Technical support for project modules PO, AP, CM, GL
  • Worked technical issues identified by functional team and testers for all modules
  • Worked as technical interface with App Admin and DBA, assisting in debugging of servers
  • Developed custom routine for loading Bank Statements utilizing messaging
  • Assisted in design/configuration of custom Workflow solution for Journal Entry Approvals
  • Re-developed Item Pricelist Load transaction for interface with Staples
